Message from the President

 
We have signed the lease! We are moving to 40 Baker street! And we are spiffin' up Ed Video
to make it into a shiny new centre for film makers and media artists across Southwestern Ontario.

As of this notice, we are commencing our fundraising drive to secure $50,000 for both the move
and Ed Video's revitalization.

The board will be calling many of you in the near future to ask if there is any way you can help Ed Video.

We need:

1. Cash donations (any amount)

2. Volunteer time to help with our move

3. Items for remodelling the new space:

    curtains/blinds, paint rollers, paint brushes,

    trays, etc. vehicles to help transport items

    to new location

4. Any connections or leads you may have to securing donations of things like, paint, signage, new equipment, etc.

        No contribution is too small. We welcome all ideas and offers of help.

If you're not sure if we could use something you have or someone you know, feel free to ask us!
We now have dates set in May and June to remodel our new space. We will be settled into 40 Baker Street by June 30th.

(Remember that volunteer time translates into rental deductions.)
