Description

This workshop will provide an overview of the process of adding custom, original music to your film. Using real-world examples, the workshop will offer strategies for using music to its fullest potential in film, how to avoid common pitfalls, as well as how to chose and work effectively with a composer. 

About the Instructor
F. Tyler Shaw is a professional composer, producer and sound designer who has worked on numerous films, video games, interactive digital media and more. He has composed and produced music for films distributed worldwide and featured in television broadcasts in the US and Canada.
To date he has created over 1000 music and SFX tracks for EA's "The Simpsons: Tapped Out", a game with millions of users worldwide.
