Booking equipment is easy! We accept bookings by phone, email or in-person. Only current members whose accounts are in good standing may book or rent equipment from Ed Video. We offer three rental rates for members who work in different types of projects.

In some cases, training will be required to rent equipment. Training is provided at no cost, and can be scheduled with staff.

Ed Video does not require the renter to have insurance. Renters are expected to cover the first $1,000 in repair, theft or replacement costs that is not covered by our insurance, or the full amount in situations that our insurance does not cover.
